You’ll be controlling 2 playman in a beach ball match competing against different beach guys unfortunately, in various locations. Each stage have 5 matches and you’ll unlock a new area after you beat the stage.

Beach Volley have stick to the basic rules of a beach volleyball. The AI is pretty solid in later levels and most of the time requires some skill to beat your opponents. That’s a good thing as it makes the game more challenging and fun to play instead of some broken AI that you could beat the game without a sweat. Since you are controlling 2 characters, some of you might be wondering how the controls work out? It’s surprising easy though, use 1 and 3 to control one character, and the other using 4 and 6. To pass the ball, just move one of character underneath before it lands, then press 5 when you want to hit the ball. It’s a very intuitive system and very easy to play once learnt.

The graphics in Playman Beach Volley is excellent with colourful designs and small little effects despite of the game size. Backgrounds are full of details and some objects moving on the background just make it more amazing to play. Everything are carefully animated from the characters moving to the boat sailing in the background. The animation is smooth and it makes a fast paced sport games like volleyball even more exciting. You can actually feels the speed and the power if I’m not exaggerating. There is absolutely nothing to complain about in the graphics for a mobile games.

Sound on the other hand is hard to judge. Well it doesn’t do much to the sound section such as ball hitting and so on, but that might be a bless considering you’ll hitting the ball back and forward constantly. There isn’t any sound effect in the game basically, but you’ll find quite a number of tunes in different event. I definitely sure some sound could have been added in the game to provide better gaming experience, many might though sounds are not necessary in mobile game, but that’s not true, I’ve heard some very good sounds from mobile games that you’d absolutely want to have it on. So, sound could be the only downside of Playman Beach Volley.

Everytime there’s a new game from Mr. Goodliving especially a Playman games, it’ll definitely gets me all excited. They don’t makes complicated games such as strategy and action that involve in lots of thinking and button clicking. All of them are fun, easy and addicting. If there’s one thing I don’t like about Playman Beach Volley, is the game being too short. But even so, I was still able to enjoy playing the game from time to time on my spare time. It was simple and get you hooked in no time. If you like simple, easy, addicting mobile games, then Playman Beach Volley is highly recommended. It’ll keep you playing non-stop for a while.
